Guest Suite

General guidelines on guest stay and rental agreements

Kindly adhere to these guidelines when reserving a guest suite:

  • Residents can reserve the Suite for a maximum of 13 nights.
  • Reservations for the Guest Suite may not be made more than two (2) months in advance.
  • Unit Owners must be in residence at Four Turnberry Place when their guests are occupying the Suite.
  • Deposits and payments must be submitted within 72 hours of the reservation to guarantee non-Holiday reservations.
  • If a reservation is not canceled and there is a "no show," the resident will be charged a penalty of one (1) night.

The following guidelines are specific to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

  1. Reservations must be made by October 1st of the same year and a lottery system will be implemented.
  2. Names will be drawn at a Board Meeting after the deadline.
    • The person whose name is drawn for the Thanksgiving holiday is required to make a non-refundable* payment no later than November 1st along with their deposit.
    • The person whose name is drawn for the Christmas and New Year's holiday is required to make a non-refundable* payment no later than December 1st.
  3. There will be one (1) winner and two (2) alternates for each holiday.

*The payment is refundable as long as one of the alternates can take over the reservation.
