Whether this is the initial build out of your unit, or you’re just making changes, you must complete the Application for Construction and the forms included in the Construction Guidelines. Once completed, please forward them to the Management Office along with your construction deposit.
You will also find the Contractor's Requirements which ensure that your builder has the proper paperwork on file with the Management Office. This allows for a properly licensed and bonded contractor to work on your unit.
