Leasing Information

Application for Occupancy:

• You may lease your unit only once per calendar year.
• If you plan on leasing out your unit, you are required by the CC&R's to complete the Application for Occupancy form.
• Once completed, kindly submit the forms to the Management Office of Four Turnberry Place.
• Some pages need to be completed by the Unit Owner, some by the proposed Tenant, and some by both parties.
• Please note that "Lessor" is the Unit Owner and "Lessee" is the proposed Tenant.
• You must also include a copy of the fully executed lease with any addenda.
• Once completed, you may send the packet in by email, fax, regular mail, or by hand delivering it to the Front Desk.
