Guest Suite

General guidelines on guest stay and rental agreements

Kindly adhere to these guidelines when reserving the Guest Suite:

  • Homeowners can reserve the Suite for a maximum of 13 consecutive nights, not to exceed 26 cumulative nights over the calendar year.
  • Reservations for the Guest Suite may not be made more than two (2) months in advance.
  • Homeowners must be in residence at Four Turnberry Place when their guests are occupying the Guest Suite.
  • Deposits and payments must be submitted within 72 hours of the reservation to guarantee non-Holiday reservations.
  • If a reservation is not canceled and there is a "no show," the resident will be charged a penalty of one (1) night.

The following guidelines are specific to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

  1. Reservations must be made by October 1st of the same year and a lottery system will be implemented.
  2. Names will be drawn at a Board Meeting after the deadline.
    • The persons whose names are drawn for the Thanksgiving holiday and Formula 1 special event are required to make a non-refundable* payment no later than November 1st along with their deposit.
    • The persons whose names are drawn for the Christmas and New Year's holiday is required to make a non-refundable* payment no later than December 1st along with their deposit.
    • The person whose name is drawn for the Superbowl weekend is required to make a non-refundable* payment no later than January 1st along with their deposit.
  3. There will be one (1) winner and two (2) alternates for each holiday.
  4. A minimum of 3 nights is required for rental of the Guest Suite during any of the above-referenced Holidays/Special Events.

*The payment is refundable as long as one of the alternates can take over the reservation.
